Hydrive OBKIT5 hydraulic steering kit for twin outboards .
Includes two cylinders, helm, hardware fittings, hydraulic fluid and a fluid link - which is far superior than using a tiebar.

Front mount, high quality bronze, brass and stainless cylinder.
The 216FM is designed for installation directly onto most V4 and V6 outboards and mounts to the front of the motor using 4 small bolts. It attaches to the Hydrive cylinders tiller arm using the motor’s existing drag-link.
The cylinder requires more room than the bullhorn style cylinder, however the hoses remain
stationary making it an ideal choice for wider engine wells.
Installation is simple and performance is impressive when compared with conventional cable steering.

Advice Tip:

• N12 semi rigid hose is sold separately by the metre (our part number 992330)  see below.
• We also recommend 4 x FI-6575B (our PN 992608) chrome brass bulkhead fittings to pass the hoses through the outboard well (see below).
