Muir Anchor Winch Prespliced Rope Chain Kit - 10m of 10mm chain with 50 metres  of 16mm 3 Strand Nylon Rope 

When using an anchor winch it is sometimes not practical to have an all chain anchor rode due to chain being so heavy.
A good solution is to have a length of chain at the anchor end (as chain will withstand damage from underwater rocks etc) and have the rest of the rope as nylon rope which is much lighter than all chain.

The rope and chain need to be professionally END SPLICED to allow the chain and rope to pass easily through the anchor winch without getting stuck.

Note: When selecting a rope chain kit you will need to match the rope and chain size to your anchor winch.
