Flush deck hatches are popular on modern vessels.
The FGHF range of hatches ensure a flush fitting into the deck, giving a smooth transition between hatch and deck.
The FGHF (fully flush) series distinguishes itself from the FGH series by having flush mounted handles, and stays and hinges in the acrylic, so nothing protrudes - a perfectly flat surface, so no lines will get caught. 
Larger size FGHF hatches (only) are equipped with a socket in the handle, so they can be opened from the outside with the help of a winch handle.
