Hydrive have this excellent hydraulic steering kit for twin outboard monos or catamarans.

The fluid link means that you no longer need a rigid tiebar between the two outboards!
Instead this flexible link can easily run between the two outboards - this is also better if raising one engine and not the other. 
This kit has TWO Admiral series OBKIT1 cylinders providing plenty of strength for larger vessels. 
(Note if the distance run between engine and helm exceeds 6 metres then the larger 12mm version kit is required).

This Hydrive OBKIT-1-DCFL8Admiral Hydraulic Outboard Steering Kit includes:

• Model 401 Helm
• TWO x Model 211BH cylinders

Hydrive Admiral OBKIT series cylinders offer the strongest and most corrosion resistant steering cylinders on the market. There is no equivalent of these cylinders available from any other manufacturer. Instead of the traditional anodised or coated aluminium cylinder barrels and tiller connections, the Admiral Series cylinders use high quality marine grade brass tubing for the barrels, solid brass end-caps and stainless steel tiller arms and connections. All brass components are further protected by Chrome plating for a high class finish that keeps the steering cylinder free from corrosion and pitting.

Lastly, different brand and model outboards suit different steering kits, as outboards have slightly differnt heights which effects the height where the drag link arm attaches the outboard to the steering kit's cylinder.
